Tom&Co, the Belgian market leader in pet shops, announces the appointment of Pascal Clouzard as chairman of the board of directors. He succeeds Jesper Højer, who wants to focus on his role as CEO at Jumbo.

Pascal Clouzard has been a member of the board of directors of Petserco Holding SRL, Tom&Co’s holding company, since November 2023. He has also been chairman since January 1, after Jesper Højer stepped down from his position as chairman. The Dane had held that role since 2022 but now wants to focus fully on his new responsibilities as CEO of the Dutch supermarket chain Jumbo.
Clouzard has more than 25 years of experience in retail and was previously CEO of Carrefour in France and Spain. He is currently a director at Groupe Casino and the Spanish supermarket group Uvesco. Board members Simone Sallustio, Gilles Vanhouwe, and Thierry Le Grelle will remain as members of the Board of Directors at Tom&Co.
