This Saturday, The Barn will open a second Antwerp branch, on the Driekoningenstraat in the Berchem district. The chain of organic fresh food markets also already has seven branches in Brussels.
“Logical next step”
Despite the opening of a first organic market in Antwerp in 2019, The Barn Bio Market – as the retailer calls itself in full – has so far concentrated mainly on Brussels. The Antwerp South branch will now be joined by a store in Berchem, in a former building of the bankrupt Bristol shoe chain on Driekoningenstraat.
