The Deprez family is about to take full control of Greenyard, but an intermediate step is needed as the founders just missed the threshold of 95 % of the shares in the initial fase.
Slight delay
During the initial acceptance period, from 23 June to 14 July, the Deprez family – supported by investment firm Solum Partners – acquired 53.82 % of the remaining shares. Including the shares which the buyers already owned, and Greenyard’s own shares, their total stake now stands at 94.71 %.
