TK Maxx will open two new stores in Amsterdam, one on 2 May in the Westmarket shopping center and one on 11 May in the Amsterdamse Poort.

The two new stores will create 75 jobs. Retail chain TK Maxx provides a wide product range of brands and designer products, spread across fashion, shoes, accessories, beauty and home for men, women and children. Its pricing is up to 60 % lower than the suggested retail price and shipments come in several times per week.
In total, the chain will have seven stores in the Netherlands, these two included, and it seeks further expansion beyond Eindhoven, Groningen, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Heerlen and now Amsterdam. TK Maxx is part of the US-based TJX Companies’ European division, TJX Europe. It currently has more than 500 stores across Europe: in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands.
