The French billionaire family Pinault, owners of luxury group Kering, is considering selling their stake in Puma. With 29 % of the shares, the Pinaults are the sports brand’s largest shareholders.
In talks with candidates
Artémis, the Pinault family’s investment vehicle, is working with advisers on various scenarios and initial talks have already been held with potential buyers, Bloomberg reports. These are said to include China’s Anta Sports Products and Li Ning Co, in addition to American competitors and Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds.
