RetailDetail takes next step in ecosystem with Connect & Learn app

During yesterday’s RetailDetail HR & People Congress, visitors got to see the very first sneak preview of RetailDetail’s upcoming Connect & Learn app. After all, learning and connecting is the future of retail, as RetailDetail founder Jorg Snoeck knows.

Interactive knowledge ecosystem

Later this year, RetailDetail will launch its own app, and you can be part of it. The knowledge platform for the retail sector is expanding with a new mobile app, which will be an interactive communication and knowledge platform. Readers will not only find the usual news and background information there, but also videos, podcasts, courses and much more.

In cooperation with UQalify, RetailDetail is thus taking a major new step for its ecosystem. “The mobile app is the place to further expand our knowledge ecosystem with social learning, training, expert content and interactive knowledge sharing. After all, the future belongs to interactive learning and connecting, not unilateral communication”, Snoeck explains.

Personalised

Companies can even personalise the app, adding everything for their own employees from the onboarding guide to tips for visual merchandising during a heat wave. They can even compete against each other in games or quizzes and interact with each other while being immersed in retail knowledge in the background.

Even more: businesses can turn it into their very own app, which they fully customise and supplement where they want with unique RetailDetail content. That way, as a retail professional, you never miss a thing! The app is currently under development, but – as always – we will keep you updated.
