Reaching the general public
An-Sofie Geerardyn (The Seaweed Company) and Mona Delagrange (Nomet) have a mission: to contribute to a world in which the food system functions in a healthy, sustainable way and in harmony with nature, rather than working against it. What started with growing and harvesting seaweed has grown into sustainable, scalable food solutions that are finding their way into Europe.
