Prada opens flagship store in Brussels

Fashion31 October, 2017

Prada opened its first Belgian boutique in Brussels. The nearly 400 sqm store will display the brand’s ready-to-wear collections for both men and women. The luxury brand’s accessories and leatherwear will also be available in the store in the Waterloolaan.

Green and marble

In order to emphasize the brand’s classical features, the large shopping windows are framed in a black granite display. Green and marble are the main characteristics in the store’s design. The black-white patterned marble floor refers to the brand’s familiar style and history.

Similar to the walls, the chairs are also fitted with green velvet, exclusively designed for Prada by Osvaldo Borsani. New features for the store in Brussels are the ceiling’s beams, painted green; displays; marble portals and several carpets with geometrical shapes to get it a more modern feel.
