Testing until June

The promotional test will run from 13 April until June in 22 French Monoprix supermarkets, but if the results prove favourable, the company may roll out the system all across its store network. Customers need the C-Wallet app and will then get a notification to spend 30 euros worth of discount coupons.

“This innovation is the next step in our mobile approach and will bring our promotional communication closer to the consumer. It fits the Catalina France train of thought to develop and encourage customer fidelity”, William Faivre, Catalina France’s CEO, said. His company has co-developed this project alongside Monoprix.
