Only for people in London
The service is currently only available to customers who live in certain London areas. For a 6.99 pound fee (nearly 10 euro), these customers can get their packages delivered within the hour. Anyone with a Prime Now subscription, can get all online orders delivered within 2 hours if the value is higher than 20 pounds (28 euro). Amazon launched the service in December, in Manhattan, and has expanded the service to several other American cities since then.
Customers who use this service can also automatically tip their courier as an amount will be mentioned on every order, which the customer can then lower or raise. The tip will be paid to Amazon, which will then transfer it to the courier.
