After an eventful year, DreamLand and Intertoys are publishing their first consolidated results. CEO Koen Nolmans is pleased with the figures: he calls them a “historically strong result.”
Three major projects
For the first time since ToyChamp Holding acquired three-quarters of DreamLand’s shares from Colruyt Group in October 2023, integrated twelve stores from the bankrupt FUN in early 2024, and acquired Intertoys in the Netherlands in November 2024, the fiscal years of all companies end on the same date: December 31, 2025. The consolidated figures have now been published. Revenue totaled 485.7 million euros, EBITDA amounted to 28.9 million euros—representing a margin of 5.9%—and profit after tax came to 11.3 million euros.
