Jysk continues to hit records thanks to expansion outside Europe

Jysk achieved its highest-ever turnover in its broken fiscal year 2024/25. The Danish chain of home furnishings stores is now seeking expansion beyond Europe, with store openings in Africa and South America.

Expansion to new continents

Annual turnover rose 11.8 % to 46.3 billion Danish kroner (6.2 billion euros). Jysk opened its first stores on the African continent (in Morocco) and in Latin America (in Uruguay) in the spring. 148 stores were added to its store network, that now amounts to 3,500 stores in fifty countries.
