Shoplifting numbers drop in Belgium

The numbers dropped from 24,570 to 22,454, but Unizo believes the actual numbers are higher, but are not being reported. It calls for a survey on the people’s sense of safety and on the work of the police, to get a more accurate depiction of the situation.
