On top of the 35 stores, another 17 smaller retailers will get a spot while a large food court will also be present. It has been built at a former bus depot and will employ 200 people.
A part of the stores have been rented out, but it has not been revealed which brands will be present, even though mostly jewelry and fashion stores have been mentioned. Asian stores are already quite active in the neighbourhood, as its inhabitants are mainly South-Asians. The shopping centre should help attract more Asian chains.
It will use solar panels to provide electricity while several measures have been put in place to help save on water consumption.
