On 8 April 2020, Frank van Zanten will become a member of Ahold Delhaize‘s board of directors. He will then replace Jacques de Vaucleroy, who is retiring.

The Dutchman is currently CEO of the British distribution and outsourcing company Bunzl, as well as director of the Irish construction group Grafton. The succession enters into force after the general meeting of shareholders on 8 April, the retailer announced in a press release.
