First crack in promised continuity following Flying Tiger acquisition

Less than half a year after Modella Capital promised to support the existing management team following its acquisition of Flying Tiger Copenhagen, CFO Christian Kofoed Hertz Jakobsen is stepping down. After seven years, he is also resigning from the board.

CFO Christian Kofoed Hertz Jakobsen is leaving the Danish retailer after seven years and is also stepping down from the board of directors. His departure comes shortly after the acquisition by the British investment fund Modella Capital.
