Dutch women’s fashion brand Miss Etam is starting to trade in Germany under the name Miss E. In the beginning, the brand that belongs to the Belgian FNG Group will only open an online shop in Germany, but the brand hopes to be able to open physical stores in the future.
Border shops
Because of the brand’s increasing popularity in Germany, it is now opening a separate German webshop named Miss E. The fashion company has currently several Dutch stores close to the border with Germany, where a large number of German customers already go to shop. Miss Etam is already available in Germany on the Zalando platform.
For the time being, there will only be an online shop, but Miss E is not ruling out the possibility of having physical stores in Germany at a later date. The brand has a history going back more than ninety years and in that time it has grown to a network of more than 100 stores throughout the Netherlands. Since 2016, Miss Etam has been part of the FNG Group that also includes brands like namesake Fred + Ginger and Brantano.
