“An extremely successful year”

Andreas Fleischer, country manager for Germany, said that “this completes a very successful year for Goodman and we are very proud that Amazon has partnered with us again. Four pre-commitments totalling 440,000 m² in one year from the same customer is a major achievement.”

“We have had an extremely successful year right across our Continental European platform with a total of 1,032,000 m² of pre-let developments secured in 2011,” he said. Goodman is also currently involved in developments for Amazon in Rheinberg and Graben (Germany), after finishing projects for the online giant in Germany (two), France (two)
and the UK (one).

The Goodman Group was founded in 1989 and is presently active in 16 countries in Europe, Asia and Oceania. The group has approximately 13.3 million m² of space under management, worth some 14 billion euro. In Europe, 165 people control 112 properties, worth 2.5 billion euro.
