Zalando has officially opened its digital doors in Luxembourg with the launch of a dedicated local webshop and app. In doing so, the German e-commerce giant is expanding its presence to the whole Benelux region.
Direct line to Luxembourg customers
Customers in Luxembourg now have access to the full range of products via the website and app. Fabio Baum, General Manager Benelux & Nordics, highlights the availability of local pick-up points and personalised advice via an AI assistant, while the Zalando Plus loyalty program is now rolled out in Luxembourg as well.
To mark the launch, Zalando is rolling out its spring/summer campaign, featuring actress Sarah Jessica Parker and Italian singer Mahmood. A local follow-up campaign will highlight recognisable locations across Luxembourg, reinforcing the brand’s strategy to inspire customers with locally relevant content.
The move aligns with Zalando’s broader ecosystem strategy to provide a “high-quality experience” and strengthen its lifestyle positioning. The webshop is available in French, German, and English, enhancing accessibility. For brand partners, the launch allows them to serve customers in Luxembourg directly.
