Deichmann subsidiary VanHaren launches digital loyalty programme in Belgium and the Netherlands

VanHaren is rolling out a new loyalty program in its app, both in the Netherlands and Belgium. Members enjoy a welcome discount, exclusive offers, digital coupons, a low price guarantee, and practical tools.

10 euro discount

Following the successful launch of the vanHaren app in August, the retailer wants to further strengthen customer loyalty with the PLUS loyalty program. CEO Bastiaan van Loon says that the program rewards customers and offers a complete shopping experience, with everything in one app: members receive a welcome discount of 10 euros, exclusive offers, and digital coupons.

The app also bundles practical tools, such as a store locator. In addition, the shoe chain offers a low price guarantee: if the price of an item drops permanently within 30 days of purchase, the customer will automatically receive the difference back as a voucher. With targeted communication and attractive benefits, vanHaren is now aiming for more app downloads and PLUS registrations.

“With vanHaren PLUS, we not only want to reward our customers, but also offer them a complete shopping experience. Everything you need is now in one convenient app, making it a real added value for our customers,” says van Loon.
