Shoe retailer Torfs acquires a majority stake in the Dutch online fashion platform The Little Green Bag. With this acquisition, the Belgian shoe retailer aims to build a portfolio of complementary fashion brands and bring The Little Green Bag to Belgium.

Potential in Belgium

The current owners and CEOs, Maria and Aramis Gandjapour, will remain shareholders and continue to lead The Little Green Bag in the coming years. Furthermore, the online platform will continue to operate under its own name and with its own positioning. Torfs is not disclosing financial details of the transaction.
