François-Henri Pinault (63) is reportedly working on splitting his dual role as chairman and CEO of Kering: according to the French magazine Challenges, he is preparing to step down as CEO of Kering, but will remain chairman of the board of directors. The magazine reports this based on anonymous sources close to the parent company of Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent and Balenciaga, among others.
