FNG appoints "transformation manager" as new CEO

iconFashion8 June, 2020

Fashion group FNG (Brantano, Miss Etam, …) has appointed Yves Pollé as its new Chief Executive Officer ad interim. He has to help the Belgian group to implement its recovery plan.

No experience in retail

Pollé’s appointment is connected to the recovery plan that FNG is preparing, the retailer says in a press release: “Mr Yves Pollé’s experience as transformation manager has an important added value in the further development of the recovery plan and in the negotiations with the various stakeholders. At present, Mr Yves Pollé’s assignment is linked to the implementation of the group’s recovery plan and therefore ad interim.”

Pollé has been active at the Boston Consulting Group for the last two years, and has been connected to transformation processes in several companies, both in Belgium and abroad. However, according to his LinkedIn profile, he currently has no experience in the retail sector.

“His international experience will benefit the further integration of the Ellos activities into the FNG group. Thanks to this strengthening of the executive board, Manu Bracke will be able to focus again on the operational management of the company as COO”, the press release concludes.
