Following the recent launch of a business clothing line, the Belgian fashion house House of Vankets is now entering the children’s fashion market. Designer Nicky Vankets and newly appointed CEO Daphné Vandenplas aim to bring together different generations and occasions for dressing under one roof.
Natalia helps select campaign faces
House of Vankets, best known for its formal and bridal wear, is rapidly expanding its product range. In August, the fashion house launched a business line for entrepreneurs and professionals. Now comes a children’s collection, with which the brand is targeting boys and girls aged 5 to 12 for the first time. With this expansion, Nicky Vankets is building a broader fashion house that aims to appeal to customers in different stages of life.
For this launch, House of Vankets is also enlisting a few familiar faces. Singer Natalia and international models Petra Gysen and Stephanie Degelin are helping to select the young models for the 2027 campaign. From approximately two hundred candidates, the fashion house selected thirty finalists, who will present the children’s collection on the runway.
Eight children will ultimately be featured in the campaign. Proceeds from the launch show will go to the nonprofit Kleine Prins, which supports children with cancer or other life-threatening illnesses and their families.
