Puma halved its operating loss in the second quarter, despite a further decline in sales. The German sporting goods manufacturer is counting on a gradual recovery in the second half of 2026.
Still on a downward trend
Revenue for the first six months totaled 3.55 billion euros, down 5.2% from a year earlier. Revenue in the second quarter (excluding currency effects) fell by 9.4% to 1.69 billion euros. This marked an acceleration in the decline compared to the first quarter, when sales fell by 1% to 1.86 billion euros.
