Esprit has announced another change in leadership: Chairwoman Christin Su Yi Chiu and CEO William Pak are stepping down. The executive duo cites other business commitments as the reason for their departure.

Board changes

Esprit is immediately changing its board structure: Executive Director Bradley Stephen Wright will become acting chairman of the board of directors, while two internal managers are moving up to the board. Liu Jianyi, vice president for China, and Li Hui, head of legal affairs for Asia, are appointed executive directors. The committees are also being reorganized: Chiu and Pak’s departure leaves seats open, Wright takes over as chair of the nomination committee, and Liu and Li take seats on the general committee.
