The Marseille Commercial Court has placed clothing brand JOTT (“Just Over the Top”) under judicial protection. A provisional observation period of six months applies.
Interim hearing
The judge determined that SAS JOTT is insolvent and subsequently opened proceedings. An interim hearing is scheduled for 5 February to “verify, in light of the report, whether the company’s financial capacity is sufficient to guarantee the financing of its activities, and to rule on whether the observation period will be continued or possibly converted into judicial liquidation.” Since the summer, the company has been managed by restructuring specialist Thierry Miremont.
