CEO: “The last three years”

“Looking at the last three years, wage costs have increased by 20 %”, CEO Vincent Nolf told VRT Nws about the current difficulties in the retail market. If a retailer does not manage to raise its sales, this cost hike can only end in a fatality, as Casa proves (*). The chain was no longer able to deal with its debts and last autumn’s judicial reorganisation did not yield enough results.
