General5 September, 2011

British-Dutch FMCG producer Unilever is reshuffling board of directors, with the posts of  chairman of Unilever Benelux (Frank Weijers), country manager for Belgium and vice-president customer development (both Nils Van Dam) and vice-president Finance Unilever Belgium (Thomas Grunzke) all changing hands.

South East Asia: exchanging Ter Kulve for Grunzke

Frank Weijers, the now-former head of the margarine and dressing section, is the new head of Unilever Benelux, taking over from Peter ter Kulve. The latter is going to lead the South East Asia & Australasia division. He is joined by Thomas Grunzke as his new VP Finance, after leaving his post of responsible for Finance in Vietnam. His predecessor, Andrea Steinacher, will be granted a new function in Unilever.

Dominique Leroy, country manager for Belgium, has left her job to join Belgian communication giant Belgacom. Current head of marketing for Unilever Benelux Nils Van Dam will take over from her on 1 October. He will combine his new job with the extra responsibility of VP customer development for Belgium.
