On New Year’s Day, Eva Faict will add the title of Country Manager Netherlands for Amazon to that of Country Manager Belgium, where she helped launch the platform in 2022.

The Dutch role had become vacant after Roeland Donker left Amazon after more than twelve years in service, to pursue an opportunity at an auction platform. Faict, 35, has worked for Amazon since 2015 in a career that includes the British, Luxembourgish, Turkish and Dutch branches. For the latter, she helped launch Prime and Delivery Experience.
Two years ago, Faict helped launch Amazon in her native Belgium and was promoted to Country Manager, responsible for all aspects of the company – including expanding product range and improving customer experience.
