95% of retail space at Belgian Shopping Cora sites already leased

95% of the retail space at the sites of the seven former Cora hypermarkets in Belgium has now been leased, Mitiska REIM reports. A major European fashion retailer will open large stores in six of the seven centers in November.

Second phase completed

Since February, following the opening of seven new Delhaize supermarkets, the retail offering at the Shopping Cora sites has expanded significantly. New stores and partners include Jysk, Kiabi, Aldi, MediaMarkt, Action, Dreambaby, DreamLand, Wibra, Hema, Extra Shop, and Q8.
