Rocket Internet is going to sell its complete remaining stake in HelloFresh. Earlier this year, the Germans had already sold a part of the meal box delivery company.

350 million euro deal

The German incubator still owns 43.7 million shares or 29 % of HelloFresh, which it will now sell for 8 euro per share – making the deal worth some 350 million euros. Rocket Internet, mostly famous for founding Zalando, had already sold almost half of its shares in HelloFresh in January.

This year, the meal box delivery company wants to achieve a break-even result for the first time.
