The chocolate market remains volatile, but Barry Callebaut is regaining some breathing room. The chocolate manufacturer’s revenue plummeted by 15%, but sales volumes are recovering and its debt is declining.

Barry Callebaut closed the 2025/26 fiscal year with revenue of 12.19 billion Swiss francs (13.29 billion euros), down 15.2% at constant exchange rates. Falling cocoa prices, in particular, weighed on revenue.
