Dutch beverage producer Refresco is exploring a return to the stock market in collaboration with its major shareholder, KKR. If listed, the Rotterdam-based company could be valued at more than $10 billion (€8.9 billion).

Nearly $7 billion in revenue

Refresco and its owner, KKR, have consulted with several investment banks in recent weeks that are interested in playing a role in a potential initial public offering (IPO). This was reported by Reuters, citing sources involved in the discussions. A listing in both the United States and Europe is under consideration. Preparations are still in the early stages: Refresco and KKR have not yet made a final decision and declined to comment to Reuters.
