ZEB reaches 80-shop milestone in La Louvière

Last Friday, the Belgian multi-brand chain ZEB, owned by Colruyt Group, opened its 80th store in La Louvière. Eventually, the chain sees potential for 100 stores in Belgium.

Accessible to people with limited mobility

On August 28, ZEB opened a new 950 m² store in La Louvière. It is the chain’s 80th store in Belgium and its 21st in the southern part of the country. And it certainly won’t stop there: “The opening of the ZEB store in La Louvière fits perfectly into our expansion plans, because we’re convinced there’s room for 100 ZEB stores in Belgium,” Erika Mees, ZEB’s marketing director, told the newspaper La Dernière Heure.

Just like in the other ZEB stores, shoppers will find a wide selection of clothing and accessories for women and men here, from some 70 brands, including Tommy Jeans, Mango, Levi’s, Jack & Jones, Only, Le Fabuleux Marcel, and My Jewellery.

Accessibility is a priority for the retailer: this store, too, is designed to facilitate access for people with limited mobility, with parking spaces and shelves adapted for wheelchair users. The staff is also trained to make the shopping experience as pleasant as possible for people with disabilities.
