Selfridges turns to profit thanks to more loyal customers

Selfridges significantly increased both revenue and profit in the 2025 fiscal year. The British department store chain benefited from higher foot traffic in its stores and, at the same time, posted a marked improvement in profitability.

Customer loyalty despite headwinds

In the 52 weeks ending January 3, 2026, revenue totaled 830.8 million British pounds (970.5 million euros), representing a 7% increase compared to the previous year. When the company includes sales from brand partners, total revenue rose to 1.6 billion British pounds (1.9 billion euros). Foot traffic at the four UK locations also rose by 7%.
