Canadian sportswear chain Lululemon has dismissed its CEO Calvin McDonald, effective 31 January 2026. The search for a successor has begun, with CFO Meghan Frank and CCO André Maestrini taking over as co-CEO in the meantime.
Overtaken
McDonald will remain on board as an advisor until the end of March 2026 to oversee the transition. During this transition phase, chair of the board Marti Morfitt will also take on a more extensive role as executive chair. It is not yet known whether there is a target date for appointing a new CEO.
