Urban Revivo has opened a 2,700-square-meter mega-store in London, its second in the city this year. The fast-fashion retailer is stepping up its international expansion and is often compared to Zara, rightly so?

Global DNA

Urban Revivo plans to open 200 additional stores outside China over the next five years. This year it already added locations in New York, Hong Kong and London, while in Southeast Asia there are already some 20 branches. Worldwide, there are now more than 400 stores, with an accelerated rollout to international fashion capitals today.

However, it remains unclear whether a breach actually occurred: the fashion giant has found no evidence (so far).

French luxury giant LVMH, the parent company of Louis Vuitton and Dior, also reported disappointing sales growth in the third quarter, due to weak demand from China. Is this a sign of a further slowdown in the luxury sector, which has been facing headwinds for three years now?
