Frasers Group continues to seek a majority stake in Hugo Boss

Frasers Group continues to aim for a stake of more than 50% in Hugo Boss, but is facing a notable rival in the process, as the German fashion company has now launched its own share buyback program.

Frasers is also reconsidering its support for the chairman

Frasers currently holds 47.89% of the shares and voting rights and intends to increase this percentage further. In a press release, the British group has now announced the potential purchase of additional shares, though it has not specified when or at what price these purchases will take place.
