British frozen food giant Nomad Foods (known for Findus) has bid farewell to its Belgian CEO Stéfan Descheemaeker. He is retiring and has already been succeeded by Dominic Brisby.
End of co-CEO-ship
Nomad Foods announced the succession in October, and Brisby has been working as CEO elect alongside Descheemaeker since 3 November to ensure a smooth transition. 31 December was Descheemaeker’s last day as CEO: since New Year’s Day, he is just a non-executive director.
