Exki, a Belgian chain of “healthy fast casual” restaurants, is seeking expansion under new management and with an updated concept. The focus is on France and (northern) Belgium.

The entire concept has been revamped: from the logo and interior design to the product range, customer journey and communication strategy, CEO Xavier Royaux says. He took up his post last Friday. The Exki restaurant on Brussels’ Beursplein will be the first to reopen tomorrow with the revamped brand identity. Next week, a new branch will open in the Eurostar terminal at Brussels-South, bringing the total number of Belgian restaurants to 34.
