JD Cross-Border, the import arm of JD.com, announces a major revamp of its National Pavilion program. In 2026, fifty additional online country shops will be added, offering tens of thousands of new imported products and specialties.

Launch with diplomatic delegations

Ambassadors and diplomats from seventeen countries, including Belgium, France, Italy, Japan, and Singapore, joined CEO Sandy Xu for the launch. They also visited an exhibition featuring signature products from their countries that are enjoying success in China through JD.com, and tested the “instant delivery” service which showed them live how imported products passed through customs and arrived on site within sixty minutes.
