Vinted Go, the network of lockers for picking up online purchases, has opened its first lockers in Belgium. The first location was at a Delhaize supermarket in Antwerp. In the Netherlands, the company wants to double the number of locations in the coming year.
Start of Belgian network
Vinted Go’s first Belgian locker is located in the Delhaize supermarket on Museumstraat in Antwerp. This marks the start of a Belgian locker network, which aims to make the shipment of second-hand items throughout Europe easier and more accessible, the company announced on LinkedIn.
In France, Vinted Go has now set up a network of more than 10,000 lockers and pick-up or delivery points. 62% of the population lives within a 7-minute walk of a locker. In the Netherlands, the company is rolling out 500 locker locations, a number that is set to double within 12 months.
