Lidl is expanding the savings programme in the Belgian Lidl Plus app. From 16 July, customers can use their loyalty points not only in physical shops, but also on the webshop.
“Logical step”
Lidl Belgium only launched the programme in January this year, but it is already getting an expansion. From now on, customers can now also redeem the points they earn through their purchases (one point for every euro spent) online: either on a selection of items in the webshop, or for discount coupons that can be used exclusively online.
“We want to support our customers in every possible way and offer benefits that really meet their daily needs”, spokesperson Isabelle Colbrandt explains. “By making the savings programme now also available on our webshop, we ensure that customers can benefit flexibly – both in-store and from home. For us, this is a logical next step in customer-centricity.”
