Outdoor distributor Elements to open showroom in the Netherlands

Elements, distributor of sustainable brands such as Patagonia, Osprey and Klean Kanteen, takes another step in its European growth ambitions with the opening of its first showroom outside Belgium.

Social impact

Elements distributes renowned outdoor brands such as Patagonia, Osprey, Klean Kanteen and WakaWaka to independent outdoor stores and large retail chains, including A.S.Adventure and Bever. This year, the company celebrates its 15th anniversary. After building a successful showroom in Edegem near Antwerp, Elements will also open a showroom in the Netherlands later this year: it will be in Maarsbergen, between Utrecht and Veenendaal.

The company wants to grow internationally and increase its social impact. “We founded Elements out of the conviction that distribution and sales can be done better, more consciously and with more responsibility,” says founder Christophe Declercq. Today, this vision is propagated by a team of 21 people across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany and Austria. In June 2023, Elements became the first distributor in the Benelux to obtain B-Corp certification. As a member of 1% For The Planet, the company already donated €301,223 to more than 20 non-profit organisations.

You can read more about Elements’ sustainable ambitions and social vision in an interview on the RetailDetail websites soon.

Armani’s luxury dilemma: sales are falling, but profits are rising

Armani’s revenue declined in 2025, but the Italian luxury brand chose (in part) to do so itself through price increases, stricter cost control, and a focus on higher margins. Meanwhile, the fashion house is seeking a new partner, as requested by its late founder, Giorgio Armani.
