Following the Consultative Committee’s decisions on Wednesday evening, we can confirm that RetailDetail Night, the ultimate end-of-year event for the retail sector, will take place as planned on 25 November in Antwerp – albeit with a few additional measures.
Precautions
RetailDetail is doing its utmost to organise the event in the safest way possible. That is why some additional precautionary measures will be in place:
• When you sign in at the reception desk, we will ask you to show your Covid Safe Ticket
• Everyone will have to wear a face mask inside the event halls, and when moving around
• We have deliberately limited the number of attendees
• The event halls are not filled to full capacity, allowing everyone to keep their distance
• We make an effort to ventilate the areas and provide CO2 meters
• Our catering partners take the necessary additional hygiene measures
• Eating is allowed seated at tables.
