[In the Picture] JD.com enters the home furnishings market with a 12,000-square-meter store

JD.com is setting its sights on the living room with 101HOME, a new premium home concept in Shanghai. Across 12,000 square meters, the Chinese e-commerce giant combines furniture, technology, dining, art, and complete interior design concepts.

Chinese design debut

The first 101HOME location opened on September 28 in Shanghai’s Jing’an District. The four-story store features a selection of over 15,000 products. More than 2,000 of these are available exclusively at 101HOME, and over 1,000 items are making their market debut there.
