Woluwe Shopping Center makes a new attempt to expand

The owner of the Woluwe Shopping Center in Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe will present a new expansion project to local residents next week. This is not the investor’s first attempt.

Next week, Eurocommercial, the Dutch owner of the Woluwe Shopping Center, will present a new expansion project to local residents. The real estate investor, which acquired the Brussels shopping center in 2018, has already made previous proposals to expand the project. An expansion plan featuring 8,000 m² of additional retail space, 71 apartments, and a two-story underground parking garage was rejected in 2023.
