General12 March, 2025
An empty retail corridor with data visualizations projected on the walls, capturing the modern retail landscape and the increasing use of technology in the industry.

Personalisation, smart inventory management and seamless omnichannel interactions: these are just a few AI applications that are radically changing retail worlds. Proximus NXT and Codit will reveal the full potential on 19 March at RetailDetail.

The future of retail

Retail is changing at lightning speed. Consumers expect personalised experiences, optimised stock levels and seamless omnichannel interactions. But fragmented data and disconnected systems often stand in the way of those expectations. Integration is the key to unlocking the full potential: new AI applications are shaping the future of retail.

Proximus NXT and subsidiary Codit – expert in smart data platforms – are hosting the Making Data Work in Retail event on 19 March, which will delve deeper into real AI use cases in retail. At The Loop, RetailDetail’s retail experience centre in Antwerp, you will learn how retail leaders are using AI to make faster, data-driven decisions and discover how you can do the same.

On the agenda:

– How Proximus retail stores use AI in practice – from AI-powered knowledge management to workforce capacity planning and smart customer recommendations, presented by Tim Molkens Department Lead Sales Strategy and Operations at Proximus and Christophe Mariën, Head of Proximus Shops.
