The line-up of RetailDetail’s Omnichannel & E-Commerce Congress, held in Antwerp on Thursday 27 March, is nearing completion. Ahold Delhaize‘s e-commerce branch Bol and ‘local hero’ Torfs will also take the stage. More names will follow next week.

New business models and sustainable growth

Bol country lead Bram Vromans and project manager Yasmine van Moortel will illustrate to the RetailDetail Omnichannel & E-Commerce Congress public how their online platform goes beyond transactionality and bets on long-term customer relationships, new business models and sustainable growth. The speakers will also zoom in on the impact of increasing competition and regulation. In their keynote, you will also discover how innovative omnichannel strategies, smart collaborations and customer-centric marketing are shaping the future of retail.

Torfs e-commerce manager Anouck Van der herten will also be speaking on 27 March. The leading shoe retailer consciously watches over the complementarity between its physical shops and online shop.

Speakers from Decathlon, Kruidvat and Tom&Co will also be speaking at the annual conference. The importance of the event cannot be overrated: even though omnichannel has been the ‘new normal’ in retail for a while now, many retailers still do not have a complete omnichannel strategy – pieces are often still missing. Those looking for the missing puzzle pieces can come and learn from leading retailers and experts.
